Can Nomi see my bank password?
No. Nomi connects through Plaid, which means you log into your bank directly. Nomi never sees, stores, or has access to your bank credentials. Same system Venmo and Coinbase use.
Can Nomi move my money or make transactions?
No. Nomi has read-only access. It can see your balances and transactions so it can answer your questions. It cannot move, withdraw, or touch your money.
Who can see my texts with Nomi?
No one. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted. No human at Nomi reads your conversations or looks at your transactions. Only Nomi sees your financial data.
Will Nomi sell my data?
Never. Your financial data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. That's not how we make money.
Will I get spammed with notifications?
Nomi only texts you when something actually matters. A spending pattern that's off, a bill coming up, or when you're doing better than you think. No daily summaries. No marketing. Just useful stuff.
